At Younique, we want everyone to be able to book with us. This booking page aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What this page does
- Every step works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet contrast requirements, and the page still works zoomed to 200%.
- Services, dates and times are real buttons and checkboxes that screen readers announce.
- Motion is kept to a minimum and turns off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- The accessibility button in the corner offers bigger text, high contrast, stopped motion, underlined links and wider spacing.
- We test pages with automated accessibility checks before every update.
